Shipping & Delivery
Product delivery is an approximate five (5) weeks from payment. The product is checked carefully before sending it to the customer. Customer needs to ensure that the package that the product arrived within is intact and file a complaint at the postage office if needed.
Products
Customer is responsible for making sure that the measurements are made correctly and are accurate. We assist in explaining on how to do the measurements if needed. Customer is also responsible to mention if any special requirements are needed for the products such as parts of product that needs to be special color. The colors on the screen does not match exactly the reality. Emroding and embalishment is not to 100 % such as in the product photos.
Returns & Replacements
Custom made products does not have the right of return or replacement. If for some reason the product does not match the measurement we keep the right to fix it primarily. Customer is responsible to check the dress withing five (5) days after receiving it and filing a complaint if neccessary. All complaints after the five day period will not be handled.
Ordering
All orders are final and after payment can not be cancelled because the work has already begun on the products.
Payment & Pricing
All products are paid in advance because the products are custom made according to each customers own measurements. All products include 23 % VAT and customs fee is paid. To each dress a 12 € postage fee is added.
Updating Account Information
Customer is responsible to keep his details updated. This can be done through the account management. Address and phone number is mandatory for orders to be sent.
